Leaderboard
The leaderboard ranks everyone in your organization by XP. It is the competitive heart of the gamification system — a place to see who is contributing the most and to motivate yourself to climb the ranks.

Rankings
The leaderboard displays every active member of your organization in descending order of XP. For each person you can see:
- Rank — their position on the board.
- Avatar and name — who they are.
- Level — their current level badge.
- XP — total experience points earned in the selected time period.
The top three positions are highlighted with distinct styling so the leaders stand out at a glance.
Time filters
By default the leaderboard shows All Time rankings — total XP earned since each user joined the organization. You can switch between time periods to see who has been most active recently:
| Filter | What it shows |
|---|---|
| All Time | Total XP accumulated since account creation. |
| This Month | XP earned during the current calendar month. |
| This Week | XP earned during the current calendar week (Monday to Sunday). |
Switching filters recalculates rankings on the fly. A team member who is ranked lower all-time might jump to the top of the weekly board after a productive sprint.
Competitive motivation
The leaderboard is designed to encourage healthy competition and recognize hard work:
- Visibility — seeing your peers’ progress creates natural motivation to stay active.
- Recognition — top performers get visible acknowledgment without requiring manager intervention.
- Momentum — weekly and monthly filters reward consistency, not just one-time bursts of activity.
The leaderboard is read-only — you cannot manipulate rankings. XP is earned through genuine work tracked by the system, ensuring the board reflects real contributions.
